Our products

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, pricing and photographs. Laptop computers, keyboards, mice and other accessories shown in photographs are not included with our adjustable laptop stand unless expressly stated. Please check the listed compatibility and inclusions before purchasing.

Orders and payments

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the storefront. Applicable shipping costs and taxes are displayed during checkout as required. Orders are subject to payment authorisation and acceptance. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will contact you and provide a suitable remedy, including a refund where required.

Fulfilment

Elevate uses independent suppliers and fulfilment partners. Some orders may ship from overseas locations, including Asia, rather than from Australia. Our Shipping & Fulfilment FAQ explains this further.

Returns and consumer guarantees

Please see our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing on this site or in these terms excludes or limits your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of this site

You must not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with our systems or misuse our content or branding. Our website is powered by Shopify, and your use of payment and other third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms.

Changes and enquiries
